1. Research Purposes

Products offered by NovyRex Labs are supplied strictly for legitimate laboratory and research purposes.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, products are not offered or represented as products for human consumption, therapeutic use, diagnosis, treatment, or prevention of disease.

Product information appearing on this website is provided for research and informational purposes and should not be interpreted as medical advice.

NovyRex Labs does not provide human dosing, administration, or treatment advice.

2. Customer Responsibilities

By placing an order, you confirm that:

• You are legally permitted to purchase the products ordered.
• You will comply with all applicable Commonwealth, state, and territory laws and regulations.
• Information provided during checkout is accurate and complete.
• Products will only be used for lawful purposes.

Customers are responsible for determining whether a product may lawfully be purchased, possessed, or used for their intended research activities.

3. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, images, quantities, and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

Product photography may be illustrative, and minor differences in packaging, labels, or presentation may occur.

4. Orders

Submitting an order does not necessarily constitute our final acceptance of that order.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including because of:

• An inability to fulfil the order

If we cancel an order after receiving payment, any refund legally due will be processed using an appropriate payment method.

5. Prices

Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed on the website are in Australian Dollars (AUD). Applicable shipping charges will be displayed or communicated during checkout.

6. Payment

We currently accept:

PayID and direct bank transfer.

Payment instructions are provided during checkout or following placement of an order.

Customers should use the requested payment reference so payments can be correctly matched with orders.

Orders will generally not be processed for dispatch until payment has been received and confirmed.

7. Shipping

Orders are generally processed and shipped on the following business day after payment has been confirmed.

Orders are sent through Australia Post Express in discreet external packaging.

Estimated delivery is generally 1–3 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and Australia Post’s network.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Events outside our reasonable control may cause delays.

8. Shipping Charges

Australia Post Express shipping is:

• $15 flat rate for orders below $300.
• FREE Express shipping for orders of $300 or more.

9. Signature on Delivery

Signature on Delivery is not included by default.

Customers who would like their parcel to require a signature may select the applicable Signature on Delivery option during checkout where available.

When this service is selected, Australia Post will generally require delivery in accordance with the conditions applicable to that service rather than leaving an eligible parcel unattended.

10. Tracking

Tracking information will be provided once an eligible order has been processed and dispatched.

Customers are responsible for monitoring their tracking information and ensuring that the delivery address supplied at checkout is accurate.

11. Returns and Refunds

Nothing contained in these Terms & Conditions or any other NovyRex Labs policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

12. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the NovyRex Labs name, branding, logos, website design, original photographs, graphics, and original written content are owned by or licensed to NovyRex Labs.

They must not be reproduced, distributed, or commercially exploited without appropriate permission, except where permitted by law.

13. Website Availability

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the website when reasonably necessary.

We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NovyRex Labs excludes liability that may lawfully be excluded.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantee, right, remedy, or liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricted, including applicable rights under Australian Consumer Law.

We may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary.

The latest version will be published on our website with an updated revision date.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Australia and, where relevant, the laws of the Australian state or territory applicable to the transaction.
