Australia-Wide Express Shipping

NovyRex Labs ships eligible orders using Australia Post Express.

Processing

Orders will generally be processed and shipped on the following business day after payment has been received and confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will generally begin processing on the next available business day.

Delivery Time

Express orders typically arrive within approximately:

1–3 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, Australia Post operations, public holidays, weather, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Shipping Cost

Orders below $300: $15 Express shipping.

Orders $300 and above: FREE Express shipping.

Discreet Packaging

Orders are sent in plain, discreet external packaging designed not to unnecessarily identify the contents of the parcel.

Tracking

Tracking information is provided after an order has been processed and dispatched.

Customers can use their tracking number to monitor delivery through Australia Post.

Signature on Delivery

Signature on Delivery is not automatically included.

Customers who would like their parcel to require a signature may add this option separately during checkout where available.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers should carefully check their delivery information before completing an order. If you discover an error, contact our support team as quickly as possible.

Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee that its address can be changed.

Additional delivery costs may apply where a parcel needs to be resent due to incorrect information supplied by the customer, subject to applicable consumer law.
